The system is available in modular components for a range of applications. Entry and exit from the main is achieved using under pressure equipment that enables the camera to be launched and retrieved under controlled 'live' gas conditions, without the need to isolate or interrupt the gas supply. Approved to UK gas industry standards for use up to 2bar operating pressure.

Applications:

  • An up front design and planning tool for the effective replacement of gas pipe systems. Identifies:

    • 1. Obstructions - debris, corrosion, siphons/dip pipes, bends, etc.

    2. Connections, bends, etc.

  • Can assist in identifying poor pressure conditions i.e. water ingress, obstructions and unknown connections.
  • Can assist in identifying gas leakages.
  • Can assist in the condition assessment of metallic and PE pipework systems.
  • The system offers: 24mm, 35mm & 50mm colour cameras; 30m, 80m or 120m coilers incorporating meterage; 10'' TFT daylight visible screen; DVD recorder; QWERTY keyboard; live launch and retrieval assembly for 3'' diameter pipes and above.
